Why shouldn't I fear death?
By embracing life, we also embrace death. Besides, we are made up of tiny particles that are constantly dying and replenishing and communicating with each other. Thus, we are being born and dying every moment of every day. This non-dualism can be embraced by being right here, right now and directly participating in your life, your reality.

Hmm, that makes sense on a physical level, but what if one is metaphysically hung up? Consciousness is a gift you don't want to give back to the darkness.
